  • 1 ML Serum, deep-frozen and kept at -20° C
  • Platelet count
  • Peak Creatinine
  • Peak SGOT,SGPT, LDH
  • Was the Patient Dialysed ?
  • Date of onset symptoms
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender and postal code
  • Date of Sampling
  • Did the patient travel the last 3 Months ?
  • Did the patient report Tick bites or contact with Rodents ?
